PT good for you good for me!
Ok I must admit since leaving the Navy I have become quite the porker. Now I know some of you might be saying yeah right but it's true. I left the Navy in July but I have already put on 30 lbs and I was not skinny to begin with. So I decided today to go on the atkins diet and plan to do some of my workout I used to do when I was getting ready for the PRT. Wish me luck and I will keep you guys posted.
