Tillamook Cheese Factory

If you have ever been to Oregon then you know why I say this. We have one of the best cheese factories in the world with the Tillamook Cheese Factory in Tillamook, Oregon. There is nothing like cutting off a fresh piece of Tillamook Cheese and either eating it plain or putting it on a cracker. I will also add that it makes for a great addition to a tasty buffalo burger cooked on a smoker in the backyard.

Smoked Buffalo Burger

Today I was eating both medium cheddar and smoked cheddar and boy was it good. If you haven't experienced the taste of Tillamook cheese, then you need to visit the Tillamook cheese factory website and find out where to buy it near you. You really are missing something if you haven't experienced the taste of Tillamook cheese.

So, if you really want to have some of the best tasting cheese in the world, then I suggest you cut the cheese and take a bite!

Todd the black wrapped extra sharp cheddar is the best. We can get it at the place that has the best portapotties in the country!

I had to read your post...Cheese is one of my favorites. I would really like to visit one of those factories for sure. I always thought of Wisconsin as the cheese state!

Todd, I am a fan.  They ship lots of the stuff to DC where it sells quite well, at least to me!  I'll take the cheddar burger, by the way!

Charles - Your heart didn't have to slow at all. That is a buffalo burger and buffalo is the lowest fat per serving meat there is. It is even lower in fat the white meat chicken!

Gary - You won't after you eat Tillamook Cheese!

Renee - You and your husband are wise people! Glad to see the heat hasn't effected you yet - lol

Gary - Smoke buffalo, there is nothing like it!

Todd, We visited a Tillamook factory when we had a vacation in Canon Beach. I am thinking its the same factory you have pictured, but I am not sure.  It was fantastic and our kids loved being able to see everything.  Thankfully, they sell Tillamook here too - my son had Oregon as his state last year for a project and used the Tillamook cheese in a recipe for the State Fair event.

Roberta - It was good. (LOL)

Steve - There is only one other on the Oregon coast and it is a small little place, so I'm pretty sure this is the one you were at.
