The Civil Rights Act of 1866 states that: -All citizens of the United States shall have the same right, in every State and Territory, as is enjoyed by white citizens thereof to inherit, purchase, lease, sell, hold and convey real and personal property.

Hi Captain Wayne,

Even though there has been "laws passed" to help with the protection of everyone to buy and sell "real properties". There is still the "fears, concerns and the uneducated lenders".

Until we all get on the same page, we will not be able to address the "E H O" as it should be addressed.
