I had a really great interview with a young couple on yesterday and they simply amazed me. I think that every seller, including sellers of expired listings, should take notes on this couple's approach to selling a home. No decision was made on yesterday, but watch the video and you'll discover why.
Alan is a riot. Luckily I'm on board with Alan's since of humor. I had made a special video post about the "options" thing as a joke, but I think people thought I was serious so I took it down. I actually thought it was hilarious.
Charita I didn't know that you are a TV Star. You are a natural in front of the camera. You sound like Oprah too. Maybe you should take her spot now that she will no longer be doing her TV Show in Chicago. Thanks for sharing.

Russell you are so right. Everyone wants to be the expert and take the advice of other so-called experts so this couple was a refreshing change.

Jon is was all in jest, I assure you. You must not have seen the "Yo Alan" video that I did. Some people did take us seriously at first, so I had to modify the post to let everyone know it was all in fun.
Charita - I always knew you were my kinda girl - not phony sounding, very professional and like someone I'd want to talk to - this is one of my favorite videos yet! Love a real person who speaks with convenience, but isn't phony or intimidating and that my friend it you! Great job! Suggested!

Charita, I hope to see a post from you that you have listed this young couple's home who is open to all the options (not many sellers are, you are right about that.)
Praful they chose the option not to sell the house at this time which I totally understood. It turned out to be a good decision for them and I wholeheartedly supported it.
