My program is designed to GIVE BACK to Military, Law Enforcement, Fire/Rescue and Education. These are all people who give so much and get so little. Your sacrifice has not gone unnoticed. The Giving Back 4 Homes Program was created to give you cash back to help pay the costs associated with buying and selling a home. This program gives you either a closing cost credit or check after closing. You get to choose! The amount is based upon the price of the home. We even have a program for Friends & Family because they support those who do so much for us.
