My Tenant Need Larger Place But Don't Want to Move Because I Don't Have a Larger Place Available

I manage a rental property for an owner and their tenant's lease was up for renewal May 31, 2011.  They actually need a bit more space and I had found them a home that would have fit their needs.  It was the home of a prospective client that contacted me about managing their property.  I knew I had the perfect tenants because I had a lease expiring.

Well I contacted the prospective client and they had changed their minds about renting and although the tenants still needed a larger place to stay, they chose not to move because they wanted me to continue to be their property manager, but I had no other properties available for rent.  So they'll be with me for at least another year and around 60 - 90 prior to expiration of lease, I'll be on the lookout for a place if they still really want to move to that much needed larger space.

HOW COOL IS THAT?

I just love Bham WIiRE Realty tenants.

Endre you know you just have to take the good with the bad sometimes. I am just glad they are staying and that they are NOT tenants from the fiery furnace.
