Front doors are open, neighbors are chatting and children are playing without a care in the world. As I drive down the street, complete strangers wave to me.
When I talk to my sellers they OBVIOUSLY love living here, but they just need to find a bigger home.

Dear Potential Homeowners,
We have made this house our home for the past 13 years. It has been the perfect place to raise our 2 children. We cherish our memories of cozy fires in the fireplace during winter holidays, cookouts on the deck,and family movie nights in the basement. The surrounding forest makes us feel like we are living in the middle of a nature sanctuary. Families of deer, birds, and rabbits are our neighbors.
