Salt Lake City Utah Real Estate Market Seasonal Bump?


Our number of short sales have declined to just under 25%. Our peak number so far occurred the week of February 7th, 2011 with 27% of the active listings being short sales. Let's hope that number continues to decline. Most of the year 2010 saw us in the 21-23% range.


Since the beginning of 2010, our inventory was at it's lowest January of this year with 6339 active listings and the peak with 7772 active listings in July, 2010. We are currently at 6561.
