The beautiful Swansfield Neighborhood is in the village of Harper's Choice in Columbia, Maryland. It is one of the first neighborhoods that were developed by James Rouse in the "New City" of Columbia, MD and many of the original Rouse employees made their homes in the Swasnfield neighborhood. It is comprised of mostly single family homes and has two small townhome areas.
