Here is a snapshot of another Virginia Veteran Home Loan Buyer doing "The Closing Dance". What is "The Closing Dance"? I'm glad you asked. It is what first time home buyers do when they buy a home with Markita Aldridge-Woods of Weststar Mortgage.

This buyer used a 30 year fixed Veteran Home Loan to close on her home within 21 days and she received cash back at closing! Also forgot to mention that her mortgage is less than she was paying in rent. That's enough to make any buyer dance.
