I'll be interest in going to any open house if any of these owners is willing to drop price by at least 30%.

Lots of lenders are tightening credit, asking for a large down payment. Prices are in free fall. Buying at these inflated prices are stupid.

Do you have any most recent sales information in Summerbrook? say last three to four months
