I'm with you on the musical wasteland that was the 80's, but Jimmy Buffet?  I guess it depends on your idea of a party.  Given the whole beach thing...I guess it fits.

Party All The Time is pretty bad stuff. Can you believe it hit #2 back in 1985? I remember thinking Rick James had to be crazy to include himself on that thing, but he and Eddie were good friends.

I actually like some Jimmy Buffett, but Margaritaville is not one of my favorites. Like Celebration by Kool And The Gang, I'm afraid I've heard it too many times at events. Lets call this one a draw.
