Foreclosure Land - Just Sold in Macon County Franklin, NC
All I can say is WOW what a deal a buyer got purchasing Cliff View Subdivision in Franklin, NC. Yes this was a foreclosure sale in Macon County and it is sad but I hope to see this subdivision carry on. There was 19 lots left with some of the most awesome Mountain Views in Western North Carolina, underground utilities, and roads were put in. Cliff View Subdivision is just off Hwy.441 south of the quaint town of Franklin on Tessentee Rd.
