I received lots of response and even several phone calls from my comments about Advanced Access Customer Service Department. Seems like a lot of people are in my same position
I was contacted by Ryan Smith from Advanced Access. He was terrific. He helped me with the issues I was having and really listened. Hopefully the problems with customer service will be addressed. I suggest that anyone who really needs help and gets treated badly to contact him. He seems to be genuinely concerned and actively working to fix things. I'm going to take a "wait and see" approach, to see if the CS department gets better. This was my first major problem with the company, hopefully my last.
I ordered the marketing package in May. John Jones is my account rep. I have been pleased with the package and his performance. He is knowledable and always polite. My site is really doing well on google, I did not know that we were banned from yahoo...although some of the responses to my post mentioned that.
