WORDLESS WEDNESDAY: When Being Blue Isn't Sad!

By
Industry Observer

These days in Dallas, Blue is in... and nobody is sad about it.  The Dallas Mavericks have the NBA Finals tied at 2-2 and Blue is a happy color for Dallasites.  Frankly, it's also a happy color for Clevelanders because polls show that practically everyone in Cleveland is cheering for the Mavs since the Mavs are playing against LeBron James and the Miami Heat!  As you can see here, even the flowers in Dallas are showing their Mavericks team spirit!  This shot actually reminds me of the photos of fans watching the game at the American Airlines Center last night... A field of blue as far as the eye can see!

And if the Mavericks don't pull this off we will be singing the blues. I am cheering for them until I am blue in the face. GO MAVS, signs all over town and they are so blue. Thanks, Steve, for the fun post.

Steve,

Blue is a great color and it looks especially nice on the Mav's. I am no "king Lebron" fan or whatever he and his worshipers call him.

GO DALLAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steve, Great blog!  Love the photo!  It has been a great year in Dallas for sports, the World Series, hosted the Superbowl, and now the NBA Finals.  Really a good year!

Steve, I watched the game on tape... or DVR, actually.  I just could not stand all the excitement with my heart problems, honestly.  Too stressful.  But, they pulled it out.  Dirk, with his 102 fever.  And King James... phooey ptui... scored eight points.  Some King, huh ?

Also, as you know, I am from Cleveland... so I hope he loses... and loses badly.  Go Mavs !

Steve - blue is good!  Go Mavs!  I love seeing all the bluebonnets this time of the year.  BTW - I enjoyed seeing you and hearing your great presentation in Dallas at RainCamp.  You are getting quite a following!   Hope to see you soon out & about!

I'm pulling for the James team.  I have no rooting interest but his treatment by the lack of sportsmanship in Cleveland, leaves me rooting for Miami.

I'm loving it.  There was a sign at the game the other night that read something along the lines of: "Win it for Cleveland too!".  The crowd went nuts when it hit the jumbo tron.  I just love Mav's fans.

I recently read an analysis of the Mavs/Heat series in which the writer pretty-much laid the blame of the Heat's loss at the feet of LeBron James.  It made a pretty good case that the Heat were better when James was not on the court.  The writer also suggested that his title of "King James" should be replaced by "Princess James."  LOL.

Steve How are you man?

You got me...I was anticipating blue bonnets. They may already be past. I can testify to the beauty of Texas though.

How I envy you sports fans! High school basketball is about all I follow.
