Realtor.com priority of showing listings
I believe that if your listing has multiple photos on realtor.com, your listing gets shown higher in the ranking order since realtor.com gives it a higher priority. For this you need to subscribe to Enhanced Show case Listings, and you can put up to 25 photos. This is good for the Internet based buyers since so many of them prefer to see listings with photos.
