NEED YOUR FREE ADVICE... Are Free pictures (BING.com) really OK to utilize?

Am I paranoid? I try to stay legal and find a site that states the pictures are free? Can I utilize them on the blogs or will I still be in line for a hefty fine or imprisonment by the copyright police? PLEASE ADVISE AND TELL ME YOUR PRECAUTIONS!
