Pricing Pitfalls When Selling a Franklin, MA Home

If you are selling your home in the greater Franklin, MA area, you are possibly most concerned abouthouse for sale what you will get for it.  Secondly, the issue of convenience probably ranks high on your list of concerns.  Possibly the number of days or months that the house will be on the market is up there as well, as in "How many months do I really need to leave the house absolutely perfect when I head to work?"

House #1 may have spent $700 up front on staging and a pre-sale home inspection but they were able to know and address issues in advance which ultimately netted a higher price and in a shorter time period.  House #2, although very similar, was trying to save money which ended up costing them more over the long haul.
