Nationally, experts think prices will start increasing in the second half of 2011. That's pretty much NOW. Remember though, real estate is local, you should see what local trends are doing.
What are the other reasons to buy? Forget finances for a minute. Buyers want a place to raise and educate their children, a place where their family will feel safe with plenty of space and to have control over that space.
