Zillow has just launched another free tool for real estate agents to help you gain more exposure for their listings. Thanks to technology from Postlets, you can now post your for-sale or for-rent listings to Craigslist directly from Zillow. I don't think anyone needs convincing on how many people are visiting Craigslist every day, so I'll just move right on to explaining how to use this new marketing tool from Zillow!
How to Post to Craigslist From a Listing on Zillow:
1) First find the property detail page on Zillow. Under the photos, mouse over the Edit button and select Post To Craigslist.

2) A screen will appear with the Craigslist code. If you don't already have a Craigslist posting page open (where you've selected the city and catagory in which you'd like the ad to appear) you can click the Go To Posting Area link provided. Then simply paste the code generated.

3) Once you go through the Saving process on Craigslist, an ad will be created with all of your property information, links to your photos, and contact information.

And you're done!
You can also find these Craigslist code embed links in the My Listings section of your account page:

I know how much exposure Craigslist offers real estate agents for the properties you represent, so I hope this new functionality helps make the process of getting your properties on Craigslist that much easier!
