South Pasadena CA - May 2011 Sales Recap & Market Report -- Condos/Townhomes/Lofts
According to our local multiple listing service, there were six sales in this category during May 2011. The selling prices ranged from $319,000 to $580,000. Two of these sales occurred at Station Lofts near the Mission Street Gold Line stop and one was at Mission Commons at Fremont and Mission -- both new construction projects. The median price for all units sold during May 2011 was $412,000. In May 2010, there were also six sales but the mix of those sales was different. The sales ranged from $299,500 to $905,000. Included in the sales were two units at Mission Meridian Village(constructed near the Gold Line station in 2005) and a unit in the San Pasqual complex. The median sales price was $515,000.
There are currently 27 condos, townhomes or lofts on the market for sale in South Pasadena ranging in price from $269,900 to $648,000, 12 properties are in escrow with five of those in back-up status and seven in pending status.
