Hi Everyone, I just want to invite you all to a new group I just created! Los Angeles County Featured Properties
I was inspired to create this new group by: Gena Riede’s group: Listings By Address
My new group is for properties in the Los Angeles County only. This group is a place to post your: Pre-marketing listings, Net listings, Exclusive Agency Listings, FSBO, Auction listings, Stale listing, Price reductions, post it here or if you just got a Short Sale approved by the bank.
You can also post local market reports as well.
Anyone can join but if you post a listing it must be in Los Angeles County. You can list your commercial properties, rentals and vacant land as well.
Please help me spread the news.
