On average ,homes are taking three weeks longer to sell this year but home sales are up 13%. Average sales price has fallen 11% and the list to sell ratio is down 2 points.
What Does This Mean To Dover NH Real Estate? Interest rates are hovering around 4.75% and we know that rates will go up; we just don't know when.
