I would like to congratulate my clients Bernard ( Bernie ), Micheal and Carol Leitner on the purchase of their new property on Old Ridge Road in Sparta, Tennessee.
Originally from Florida, both Bernie and Carol relocated here to Tennessee. Their son, Micheal Leitner currently in Vermont, along with his wife April Leitner and children will be joining his mother and father, Bernard and Carol Leitner here in Sparta/Crossville, Tennessee.
It was a pleasure working with all of them and helping them find the "perfect" property. We had many adventures full of ticks, bugs that I cannot pronounce and getting lost in the wilderness ! Thank you to Carol especially who packed us snacks for the road, always came equipped with bug spray and to Bernie, for being the life of the party ! And of course to Micheal and April who knew I needed a little break ~
They are all extremely excited to start building their new home (s) on there 13 acre parcel. I was honored to work with these folks, meet them, and find the perfect property for their wants and needs !
I wish them all the luck in their new adventure and hope that I can further assist them in any Real Estate Transaction they need in the future !
