3 residential properties have SOLD in Makawao Maui HI in May 2011. In May 2010 6 homes sold in Makawao. In April of 2011, 7 Makawao and Olinda homes sold. Here are the May Makawao sales:

- 920 Alamuku St. sold for $250,000.00 3BD/1.5BA 1,276 sf
