Be positive

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with RE/MAX Legacy

In todays market it is vitally important to stay positive especially when you are around clients or potential clients. One thing I know for sure is that people feel positive and negative vibes. You guessed it, they only want to work w/ up beat people.  Start your day w/ a positive read, prayer or thought and let it carry you through the day.  Negative nonsense early in the day will bring you down. Choose wisely what radio program you put on in the car.

Never under value the importance of being positive.  It will make your day!

I strive to focus on all the good things that are going on in regards to my clients and real estate in general.  Its tough when a listing stops getting calls despite all the efforts to get it sold.

Hi Rick :)

Welcome to ActiveRain - I'm glad you joined!

You make a very valuable point that I think many if us struggle with.  I have fornd through the years that like so many things, a negative, surly attitude is habit-forming and contagious. yuk! being happy and positive is so much more delightful! ;)  It's a saying 'cause it's true: Laugh and the world laughs with you; cry, and you cry alone.

Anyway, I hope you have as much fun as I do ... but be careful!  There's a reason why some of us call it "AddictiveRain!" (hee hee)

Enjoy!!!

Best,

Christina
