Very cool. I guess that makes it easier to shop for a flight. Perhaps Google will sell that to the Airlines too.
Good evening, Craig. I'm beginning to wonder if Google isn't getting to be the big brother of the internet. You're right, they'r into everything...
That is sooo cool, I suggested it! What do you know? Amazing! Thank you for sharing as I absolutely know I will use this info very soon. Too bad I didn't realize the Google search when I made my kids' summer plans.
Ron - google dropped real estate listings as an overlay on google maps... i actually used that feature - Michael McClure wrote an interesting open letter to Google, hypothesizing what-if...
Gene - let's see if they take the next logical step... "buy now"
Michael - everything, but I have no complaints with endless supply of useful tools! :)
Ellie - it is useful for preliminary planning purposes for sure, what times, which airlines... you'll know this for next time :)
Craig- another reason why I love Google. I pressed the "suggest " button too. I love that rather than stumble upon these sites we have you for our "tour guide through the tech world."
Hi Craig, This will come in quite handy. In fact I can use it tonight to take a friend to airport for a red eye flight. Thanks for pointing this out.
Neat Craig...wish I knew about this couple week back when we were looking for airfare. But a great tip!
Thanks for the fun post; good information. I recall a girl in my marketing class some years ago that doodled all the time.... I would doodle Google, Google, Google, Google, Google, I love Google.
Craig -- This is such cool info. Isn't that map of all acctive flights just incredible? It's really unbelievable what is happening up above our heads every day and we don't even know/see it.
Very neat thing to know. Thanks so much for keeping up to date and on the cutting edge of all things Google. I will share this with my daughter who does quite a bit of business travel.
Thanks so much and looking forward to your next post.
Google is really amazing. It is fun to find out what features it actually has. Thanks for the tips.
Craig, Interesting, I used to travel quite a bit, now, 6 months straight at home! Bill
Craig, since I LIVE in paradise (and have dogs, a cat and fish) I never fly ANYWHERE. BUT! since we're talkin' about Google and all that it offers, a client just told me today about Google Voice. Know anything about that???
I'd love to see a post on it if you are aware of it. Or whatever, just wondered...
That's terrific information Craig! Information I did not know. I like that flight-tracking site and intend to use it!
Should I mention once again that this is a very good post. Thank you for this post.
Generic enough?
Hi Craig,
Does it just work for non-stops? I tried Portland (PDX) to Memphis (MEM) and did not get the schedule. Having already booked the flight for next week, I know there are no direct flight so I'm presuming it only works on non-stops?
I just checked some other flights all non-stop - it works great to give an idea of times and which airlines service the route.
Mel
Craig,
GOOGLE IS SO AMAZING!!! What a exciting place it would be to work there.
Thanks for sharing this with us.
Craig ~ Would have never thought to use google for flight info ~ How silly of me, I google everything!!
Google has the magic touch and I hope they keep ahead of it all. The filght info is much easier than any one ariline's porocess.
Craig - this is TOO COOL! I fly a lot and this looks like a great way to at least check available flights! Also, I will try your flight app - mine was not so good - did NOT tell me my flight was DELAYED and I ended up sitting in airport for 4 hours!
Thanks, Craig.
You find such cool stuff. So now with the sites I use for traffic on the ground in my area, now I can track what I need or want to know in the air.
Jeff
I'm already involved in a love affair with Google--I think it just got even deeper! LOVE, love, love this feature, Craig! Thanks for sharing!
Interesting things here. Little too aviation for me, with the flightaware, but the flight schedule is cool Craig.
Hi Craig - Where does this information come from? Is it the airlines or Google calculating the flight?
Google is amazing, thanks for ferreting this out for us. Pretty soon they will run the world.
Hi Craig - The Google feature even works with crossborder flights from Canada to the USA.
What will Google think of next. I guess all those people who work there keep looking for ways to help their clients. Thanks for the information.
Cool, now if Google can just work with the airline to get your bags & the plane to the same place we'll be all set!
WHY-WHY-WHY didn't I buy stock in Google *bangs head against the desk multiple times*
Craig - it IS a Google world! I am constantly amazed at what is possible through Google. I am trying to take advantage of more and more of the features - I usually learn about them from YOU! thanks for being our eyes & ears and keeping us informed.
Thanks Craig. I used Google for a trip related check and there it was. Just amazing how helpful Google is.

Hi Craig,
sorry to see you won't be AT Rain camp, will catch you next time.
Craig - It's crazy that Google has all this information. It's the the neighbor in the community that knows everybody business.
Hi Craig, great tip there for the flight info....will have to try it out....I've got some flight tracking apps on my iphone...
I just found a flight widget for my Mac Book Pro but this is even simpler and cooler.
Is there anything that Google doesn't do? It's simply amazing. Everytime you turn around they are providing something else.
Google is great. I just hope they don't go into real estate!
