Enjoyed the morning with Brandon, Marissa, Karen, Grandmother, and Carey. Spoke with my loan officer about the files we are working on and did my best to give direction to the team on certain items. Eventually, I was able to get out there and work the open house in Rancho El Dorado which is located in Maricopa, Arizona. What was amazing was the fact that we had 8 different walk-ins as we call them and they were all seemingly serious buyers. The house we sat in is a 4000 square foot home with a beautiful pool with a waterfall. My wife Carey likes the home so much she wishes she owns it. It’s a sweet piece going for a mere $229,000. It looks promising that an offer will be on it shortly. In fact this one fell out of escrow last week due to financing.
