I knew how much my friend loved her home.They are being transferred to Seattle with Coca Cola ,so I wanted to shoot a quick video so buyers could hear directly from her the things she loves about her home. I realize it's a little unconventional, but I think by watching it you will get a warm and fuzzy feel about this home!

This is a great idea...and what a beautiful house. I always ask my sellers what they like best about their house or what they think are the most important features. That way I can make sure I include some of these points in my marketing. It makes the seller really happpy.
