In that case, try contacting a service organization in your area to get them some help with the cleanup. You can offer to help out yourself, too, depending on the relationship you have. Be creative. Paying another neighbor kid $20 to mow their lawn could be one of the best 20’s you ever spent.
There’s even a story circulating that describes how a frustrated neighbor cleaned up another’s mess when they went away for a weekend. None of the other neighbors told who did it, as the trespasser could have been arrested and the whole neighborhood appreciated the new look on the block.
