Necessary fixture for the office!!!

OK, someone sent me this picture as a joke, but as we all know in every joke there is 95% of truth and only 5% of joke. So I am voting for installing such a fixture in every office for stimulation, relaxation, celebration, invitation, good looks, networking ingredient, as a point of recruiting, and any other important reason you can comeup with.

Anyone with me???
