Over and over again, I watch virtual tours and all's I get are photo's of the home and some nice panoramic views. Don't get me wrong, many are done well. BUT... where's the story, where's the color, what brings life to the home... and, where is the Realtor. Personally, a good listing agent can make most virtual tours, MUCH more effective by being in the virtual tour and adding some verbage and story about the home. With just pictures, it's a house... with words, it's a home.
