I'm not sure if the living room or dining room is my favorite.. probably the dining. The chairs were completely lost with the rug underneath. The floors show beautifully & the scale of the furniture works much better now (especially since you CAN SEE THEM!

On the other hand I love the fact that the entertainment center actually brought my eye right to the fireplace.... kind of unusual. Maybe it was because the rest of the room what so WHITE.

Everything had less fru-fru factor.... clean & simple.... great job!

I agree with Melissa the chairs in the DR were completely lost. They look awesome now. You are right it does not have to be expensive or complicated to achieve a cleaner, more appealing pallette to a buyer.

Melissa - I must admit the dining room is my favorite. Now you can see it! I agree about the entertainment center. This was a tough room to do since the homeowner was out of storage space and we had to compromise.

Terry - This homeowner is awesome! She paid attention to my report line by line and made it happen. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed it will sell soon. By the way, I love the new picture. Now we know what you look like!! :)
