How do you get a real estate license in New Jersey?

  1. Be 18 or over
  2. Have a high school diploma or equivilent
  3. Be a legal resident of the US
  4. Take a 75 hour class with an approved school
  5. Pass a state exam
  6. Have a criminal backround check
  7. Have a Broker sponsed your license
