This weekend, 6/17-6/18/11, Reston, Virginia celebrates the 21st annual Taste of Reston. This favorite 
event of local foodies kicked off yesterday afternoon and continues today. Held at Reston Town Center, located near the intersection of the Dulles Toll Road and Reston Parkway, the fun begins today at noon and continues until 11:00 p.m.
There are special events planned, in addition to the tastings, some of which include:
- Guns n' Hoses Chili Cook-off, Saturday from noon to 5 p.m.
- Carnival--which runs on Saturday from noon to 11 p.m. and continues on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Family Fun Zone on Saturday from noon to 6:00 p.m.
- Living Well Expo on Saturday from noon to 6:00 p.m.
The food tasting will represent 27 local eateries. The event is free, but tickets are necessary for the food. Tickets are for sale for $1 each or a 24 pack for $20. Each sample costs between 1 and 4 tickets
