I like many Realtors have probably shown properties to couples in the past and more times than not, one loves the home but the other doesn't. I've heard alot of objections but was not prepared for this one (hang on just a minute, Im getting there). So being the professionals that we are, we continue searching for that ideal property. Just when you think that after all of your efforts, you have finally found the perfect home for your clients.

This home was absolutely gorgeous. It met every single criteria they were requesting...Price, Location, Square Footage, Upgrades, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Wet Bar, Pool, Hot Tub, Out Door Kitchen, Huge Back Yard for the Kiddos, School District and so on. This is a no brainer right, ? For sure this is it and they are going to make a full price offer because it not only has everything they desire, it even is the lowest priced home in the neighborhood....WRONG!!!
They said they loved it but there was only one thing wrong with it. I asked with a grin, what do you mean, it has everything your heart desires...it has TOO MANY SQUIRRELS they said with a puzzled look. Are you serious I said, it probably has something to do with all of the trees because after all it was a huge back yard and had the perfect shade trees you wanted.
Listen up home buyers, if you like SQUIRRELS, i know where the perfect home is.
