Many thanks Dan!  Yes, no matter the final result staging always improves the seller's net, at the closing table.  Sometimes, we encounter lingering listings that (at first glance) we'd say"the staging didn't help".   Well, no matter how bad the outcome, believe me, it could've been worse, and indeed the staging did play an integral part when a buyer finally came forward!
