Reo Expo in Fort Worth, Tuesday Afternoon and Evening, June 14, 2011

Tuesday was a main day at the REO Expo.

In the afternoon was a panel on how to quickly renovate a bank owned home so a first time buyer can buy with confidence and get a great house fixed up to their liking at a good price.

I tried to get into the Freddie Mac session but could not.

My final session of the day was on Balancing REO Valuations in Today’s Real Estate Market. Four very high level participants talked about the ins and outs of appraisals, bpos, the influence of repairs and the strategy for pricing bank owned homes to sell quickly at the highest possible price.

The evening saw a final party with the band Better Than Ezra. I’m not sure how good Ezra was, but these guys were better than him.
