Interview With ActiveRainer Attorney Richard Zaretsky
We had lunch with Richard Zaretsky a couple of weeks ago. As we were driving down to West Palm Beach to meet with him we said, let's do a short sale interview with him. 
Richard has referred short sale listings to us but just because he is doing the short sale negotiating for the seller clients he refers to us does not mean we just sit back and wait for the short sale process to get through. We follow up with Richard and his short sale processor.
- We develop a marketing plan of action and make sure the Buyers agent and their buyer understand the short sale process.
- We also assist Richard in anything that he needs us to help with in the short sale process.
- One time we had to prove a big drop in the market so Nestor had to come up with an entire presentation for the bank to prove the values had really dropped as much as where the best offer was coming in at.
I will also post about the short sale that took over a year to close because of arguments between the first and second lien holders.
