Boy band and DWTS alum Joey Fatone is taking a second shot at selling his Orlando estate. This time around, however, he isn't just trying to sell his 4.36-acre property (pictured above) but all of his belongings as well. In an everything-must-go-manner, Fatone has chopped 40 percent off the asking price of his Florida mansion and also price tagged most of the items inside his home. From art, furniture, and arcade games to a giant Death Star replica, the 34-year-old actor/singer is trying to leave this pad with no strings attached. The massive garage sale was held last weekend.
Fatone unsuccessfully attempted to sell his 12,400-square-foot home last September for $6.5 million. Currently up for grabs on the Orlando real estate market for $3.9 million, Fatone's estate includes a movie theater with stadium seating, 10-car garage, a 3,800-square-foot master suite, and a resort-style swimming pool with a grotto, enclosed spa and "sushi bar reachable across a small footbridge." While it may be tearin' up his heart to bid adieu to the home he's owned for almost a decade, The Wall Street Journal notes the ex-boy bander is selling to relocate to the downtown Orlando area to be closer to his family.

As it turns out, Mr. Fatone isn't the only former boy band wonder saying bye, bye, bye to his home. Ex-Backstreet Boy A.J McLean justlisted his Hollywood Hills abode(pictured above) on the Los Angeles real estate market for $1,999,000. While the 3,244-square-foot home isn't exactly "Larger than Life," the listing description touts the property as a "romantic Mediterranean" home "located in the prestigious Los Feliz Oaks" neighborhood of Los Angeles. Built in 1958, features of A.J. McLean's home include a gourmet kitchen with eating nook, family room with a fireplace and hardwood floors, french doors, vaulted ceilings, foyer with mosaic tiled floors, and an outdoor entertaining area with a covered patio, fireplace, fountain, and meticulous landscaping.
