Your number 1 priority is lead generation. In order to guide those sellers and buyers, you must have them hire your and in order to hire you they must meet you and in order for them to meet you, your must find them. You can be the best agent on the planet, but if you are spending your money on billboards, park benches and grogery carts, you are going to a poor starving agent. You must spend time everyday (3 hours is recommended) looking for people who need you. If you miss this important step, then your career will look like a roller coaster insteasd of the rocket you intended
