Another unit sold in Kai Ani Village. Just opened escrow on unit 12-204 Hoku floorplan. Last week 5-202 & 5-102 went into escrow. 27 escrows and closings since Jan. 1, 2011. Phase II 70% sold with last and final phase to be released in July. This is truly a new definition in condo living.
