A similar but not identical post appears on ColumbusBestBlog.com, The Columbus Board of REALTORS spoke... "prices inch up."
The school district and county reports were published June 2011 based on data available from the Columbus Board of REALTORS® at the end of May 2011. Trendgraphix graphs (the graphs in the individual reports) are based on data supplied by the Columbus Board of Realtors. According to Trendgraphix neither CBR nor the mls (multiple listing service ) guarantee or are in anyway responsible for it's accuracy. "Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed." Since I am relying on info from the board and Trendgraphix there is no guarantee from me either. Slight corrections in the market data are sometimes visible the next month.
