A recent survey showed Americans still believe owning a home is safe and advantageous today. Mortgage rates will stay low for 2011, even in time rates climb as high as 6%, rates at 6 percent are still super low.
Home Builders have been waiting for the right time to start building; I bet the waiting time is over; the home builders are getting itchy, seeing all the right signs to get heavy. At end of this year home builders will have created many new homes; it’s the carrot buyers have been waiting to see.
