17613 Sutherland Ave., Lake Elsinore, CA 92530

As of today 6/21/11 Bank REPO homes make up for 10% of the total market in Southern California based on statistics from SoCal Multiple Listings Service. Today 141 new Bank REPO homes were listed on the market. Of the 141 new Bank REPOs this Lake Elsinore home was hand chosen by the Re/Max NOC team as the Bank REPO of the Day.

Why was this Lake Elsinore home picked as the Bank REPO of the day? The home has a nice modern look despite it being built in 1947. It's got a large yard that's perfect for the kids/pets to play around. It's not completely secluded as it's in a neighborhood but you get the feel of your personal space with the big yard stretching out far from the house. The inside of the home is nice and clean with good paint, updated kitchen, and wood laminate floors -- it's ready to be furnished and moved into!

Features include: 2 Bedrooms | 1 Bathroom | 736 Sq Ft | 3,920 Lot Size | One Level | 2 Car Parking | Built: 1947

Personally, I think that the best part about this Bank REPO home in beautiful Lake Elsinore is it's price:

$69,900!

AND...if closed by October 31, 2011 it's possible to receive up to 3.5% of final sales price to help with closing costs!

Why Lake Elsinore? Lake Elsinore is Southern California's largest freshwater Lake.  The city was incorporated back in 1888 and has been a place for many, including celebrities in the early 1900's, to get away from the city life that lives closer to the coast. Far from still being a secluded city it's population has grown rapidly from 1976 with 3,800 residents to 2010 with 51,821 residents (this number is almost double what it was in 2006). Affordable homes and in Southern California with some of the best weather ANYWHERE it's not a great surprise WHY people are moving to Lake Elsinore.

Is there anything fun to do in Lake Elsinore? The Lake itself is one of the main attractions for entertainment in the city. Boating, fishing, jet skiing, water skiing, kayaking, and wake boarding are among the popular activities that residents enjoy at the Lake. Shopping malls, outlets, movie theaters, up-scale restaurants as well as fast food joints, are all within the cities limits and short driving or even walking distances. Lake Elsinore is also home to many big events thanks to it's great climate and location such as the Lake Elsinore Grand Prix (Dirtbike Race), Baseball Games (Farm Teams - Lake Elsinore Storm), Skydive Certifications, and Concerts (Willie Nelson, ZZ Top, and many more).

What's the closest college to Lake Elsinore? Mt. San Jacinto College, Azusa Pacific University, Saddleback College, University of California Riverside (UCR), La Sierra University, and California Baptist University are the closest colleges to Lake Elsinore. They are all within reasonable driving distances.

For K-12 students the Lake Elsinore Unified School District has over 20 schools and has received such awards and recognition as a National Blue Ribbon School, the California Distinguished Schools Award, Title 1 Academic Achievement Award, and AVID National Demonstration School Recognition.
