Hi Pam, When I first saw the price, I thought foreclosure. But, you have explained it right up front. This would be a great home for FHA 203 K if the buyer didn't have to funds to make those repairs.
☂ Good morning Jerry... well it is an REO so FHA won't work I don't believe on this one. We already have had a few offers come in ~ looks like there are quite a few investors out there ready claim their sweat equity!
