Videos Are Better

By

Good Afternoon!!

A National Association of Realtors survey concluded that 70% of sellers would be more likely to list their home with an agent who offered to put up a video.

Buyers love to get a true idea of what living in that property would be like through your eyes.  It will also give you and your listings greater exposure through UTube, personal blogs and various websites.

Some of our agents work with out of state (our of country) buyers who buy without physically seeing the property.  Our agents will go to the property and send them a video to include all the features of the property and also commentate throughout the video, both pros and cons.  It is a huge benefit whether an agent is helping a buyer or promoting a listing for a seller.

Our agents also have profile intro blogs on their websites so buyers and sellers can get a feel for who they are.  In turn they will also video blog communities, specific properties, area attractions with their comments.

This is true.  I have a simple Flip camera and in addition to using it for a listing I let my buyers borrow it if they would like to remember a specific property that does not have a video.

That does seem to be the new wave of things these days. From the extreme vids the kids put out in all kinds of sport and daredevil stunts to video blogging and what not. I probably have to cave in and start this to be current. I hope my"face for radio" doesnt push clients away??? lol
