Practice does not make PERFECT!

By

This is another little saying that is a big misperception.

People do the same things over and over again thinking they will get better. The opposite is true and they build up more frustration because the results don't follow.

This is why I believe "Perfect practice makes PERFECT"

It's reimplementing and changing what you do each time and practicing it over and over that get's results.Constantly redefining and making better.

Some people say perfection can never be achieved so why strive for it?The answer is simple because by striving for perfection you will reach new heights and mountains most people never get close to achieving.

Most of what stops people in success is not the world quitting on them, but on them quitting themselves.

Next time remember prefect practice makes perfect and to not do things the same lazy way as before and you will see results.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.  Maybe practice will make perfect if you change your strategy and goals based upon what is not working!

Good One Mark.

Mark, good job, way to distinguish something that has bothered me in the past.... sayings that aren't true. As a former teacher, we would hear people saying this all the time, but no matter how many times I write 3+2=4 it just isn't true. Perfect practice does make perfect. However, sometimes it is improving practice that leads to perfect practice.
