We're Having a Seller Approved QR Code One Day Sale!
A one day sale you say. What the heck is that? Well here's how it works:
820 Marion Lane is currently listed for $98,900. But for this special One Day Sale Open House event, we'll be offering it for a special price of $XXX.XXX. Well you'll have to visit the open house to find that out.
- All you have to do is show up.
- Sign in.
- And we'll give you a QR Code to scan and the special price will be revealed.
But before you arrive at the One Day Sale, it's a good idea to go ahead and download the QR Code Reader to your your internet capable cell or smart phone.
Interested buyers will have until 5:00 pm June 28, 2011 to submit an offer at the special price. The seller will accept the first offer submitted at the special price if presented in conjunction with acceptable terms.
