NEW COMPANY, NEW FREEDOM, NEW SERVICES

I resigned a week ago from a local credit union, great people but my reputation was taking a beating due to their limited home loan offerings.  I am now employed by Ovation Home Loans, A division of Grand Bank, N.A., Member FDIC.

In today's mortgage world of regulation and guideline changes almost on a daily basis, aligning oneself with a larger national organization gives me the best chance of staying competitive and able to offer the various products and services needed to meet the financing needs of my customers.

Ovation Home Loans is a direct seller servicer with a nation wide presence and all of the products; conventional, FHA, VA, you name it, we got it.  It's going to be fun to work for a mortgage company that has all the tools to be successful and be able to provide the products and services to meet the clients needs once again.

Best regards,

Dave Weaver, Sr. Loan Consultant- Ovation Home Loans

David, welcome to the Rain, wish you happy blogging and success. Good luck at the New Company. Is it a Mortgage Broker? So you can have a larger variety of loans?

Hi Endre,  Thank you.  I think this is going to be a great way to communicate.  I enjoy the writing and the opportunity to share my experience with others.

To answer your question.  Ovation Home Loans is a national mortgage banking operation with a broker's attitude.  By that I mean that we have a full compliment of products conventional and government including Home Path to provide a wide variety of lending solutions to borrowers all over the country.  So the broker in me has the opportunity to find the right product to fit the clients needs.

The banker in me has control of the transaction from origination through funding to provide superior service, at very competative rates and fees.  It's a win for everyone, great rates, outstanding service, fair fees and a relationship not transaction orientation add up to get this deal and the next done on time with a minimal of hastle.  Maybe we should be called a bankoker.  What do you think?  :<)

If I can be of assistance please give me a call or email.

I just got done with dealing with a credit union and I can tell you that I will never do it again when it comes to a home loan. Bad service, before, during and even after made it one of the worst experiences of my career when it came to home loans.

Hi Todd,

Thanks for your comments.  Sorry to hear of your experience.  Fortunately not all organizations give that kind of service.  If I can be of service, let me know.  All of our services are internet based, so with a phone and a computer I can work anywhere.  Now that's freedom.
